Laundry Made Simple for Travelers

LaundryGo works in four simple steps: (1) Download the app and connect your calendar and phone number, (2) The app analyzes your travel schedule and shows nearby laundry facilities that fit your timeline, (3) Book a laundry facility or hire a local helper to handle your laundry, and (4) Use our WhatsApp integration to track your laundry status and receive updates.

For travelers, LaundryGo costs just $3/month with a $0.50/load fee for self-service options. This gives you access to all our features including calendar integration, facility booking, and WhatsApp support.

For laundry facilities, there's a flat 00/year fee with zero commission on bookings.

For local helpers who provide pickup and delivery services, joining is free, and you set your own rates. We take a small 10% platform fee.

LaundryGo securely connects to your calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, etc.) and uses AI to detect travel-related events like hotel stays and flights. It then identifies available time windows during your trip when you might need laundry services. The app only analyzes event times and locations, never accessing the content of your private meetings or appointments.

Our WhatsApp bot integration makes communication seamless. After you book a laundry service, you'll receive a WhatsApp message from our bot. You can use it to track your laundry status, communicate with laundry facilities or local helpers, specify special instructions, reschedule appointments, and receive notifications. The bot uses simple text commands and is available 24/7.

Local helpers are independent service providers in our network who offer pickup, washing, and delivery services. All helpers undergo a thorough background check and verification process before joining our platform. They're rated by previous customers, and you can view these ratings and reviews before booking. Our secure payment system also holds payment until services are completed satisfactorily, adding an extra layer of protection.

You can cancel bookings directly through the app or via the WhatsApp bot up to 2 hours before your scheduled time for self-service bookings, and up to 12 hours in advance for pickup/delivery services. Cancellations made within this window are free of charge. Late cancellations may incur a small fee depending on the facility's policy, which is clearly displayed during booking.

LaundryGo is currently available in major cities across North America, Europe, and Asia including New York, San Francisco, Chicago, London, Paris, Berlin, Barcelona, Tokyo, Singapore, and Sydney. We're rapidly expanding to new cities every month. If we're not in your destination yet, you can sign up for notifications when we launch there.

All laundry services booked through LaundryGo are covered by our Protection Guarantee. If your items are damaged or lost, you can file a claim through the app with photos and details. We'll work with the service provider to resolve the issue, and you may be eligible for compensation up to $500 per order, depending on the circumstances.
